Enjoy free standard shipping on all U.S. orders, and rest assured that we’re here to assist you if you need to make a return or exchange. Return Rules
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery of purchase. To qualify for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
- Condition: Unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
- Packaging: Original packaging with tags attached.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Items that fail to meet these requirements may result in a denied return. If a return is denied, we will gladly send the item(s) back to you upon request. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following:
- Discounted Items
- Sale Items
- Final Sale Items
- Digital Gift Cards
Refunds
Once your returned item(s) are received, we will inspect them and notify you of the outcome. Please note: We do not refund original shipping costs.
- Approved Returns: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
- Rejected Returns: Items will be shipped back to you upon request. Rejected returns are not eligible for exchanges or Digital Gift Cards. We do not offer store credit.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like an alternate size or style, we suggest purchasing the size or style you want as soon as possible to secure that piece and avoid the disappointment of missing out on your desired item in the event that it sells out. Then you may submit a return request for a full refund for your initial purchase.
Shipping
- Processing: Orders are shipped within 3-4 business days after purchase.
- Standard Shipping: Free for all U.S. orders.
- Express Shipping: Need your order faster? Choose express shipping at checkout for an additional fee.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. This amount will be automatically deducted from your final refund.
Exceptions
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@eravela.com with photos of the issue for assistance.
