Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped within 3-4 business days after purchase.

Return/Exchange Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. This amount will be automatically deducted from your final refund. Once your exchange request has been shipped back to Eravela, approved, and processed, your replacement item(s) will be shipped within 3-4 business days. All exchanges are mailed via standard U.S. shipping.
